What is this?

Is it is critical> if yes than what is the solution for it.

Some trouble occurred on some sort of dongle(perhaps SAS-SATA bridge) in disk shelf stack.

Check state of disks, SAS paths, and logs. The problem may have been cleared or not. If the problem is persist, identify the problem and its root cause. Then fix it.

This is the expected behavior when the shelf ID is not set or is in conflict with an existing shelf ID. With SAS shelves, the shelf ID must be unique in the storage system (stand alone or clustered). Furthermore, this error is not seen in AutoSupport messages or EMS logs. It is only seen on the console.
