User Acceptance Testing Document

Would any one know is there is such or any documents Regarding User acceptance testing , of CDOT system that will be installed ?

Ideally will be running config advisor and looking for no issues

Sometimes Bosses want to go through a check list to make sure that every thing possible can be tested

So am looking for any pointers or Direction
