Deleted Files are automatically restoring on volume

Hi All,

In our scenario, Files which have deleted from volume are restored automatically when we refresh the volume which mounted on windows machine.

please give your valuable suggestion on urgent basis.

It is Data ONTAP 7 mode(7.3.5).
