For small/mid size , at max you see 2 node clusters running at each site. But incase they grow , do they really need to buy netapp switches or can they scale with regular ethernet switch ??? They must be running qualified firmware versions and configuration. Also cluster switches cannot be shared, they are dedicated to intracluster communication.
