How to check the network connectivity between OSSV agent and Netapp filer

Hello Netapp family,

Greeetings!

We would like to know how to troubleshoot OSSV issues. OSSV host is windows 2k8 R2 servers and destination is Netapp filer 7-mode (ONTAP 8.2).

Backup is failing due to network issues. But OSSV host agent looks good &up and NDMP status also good from Netapp management console.

How can we validate the connectivity between filer and OSSV host. Do we have any command to validate.
