    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have installed OSSV on Host and taking backup through snapvault technology however the issue is that the backup which available at Storage doesn’t content anything (0kb size of file in each backup for file particuler). Also there is slow data transferring between relationship. We are using NDMP backup and taking these storage data on TAPE but unfortunately on TAPE also the size of file is 0kb.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have got incident and user requested for file restore but there is backup which available content 0kb file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FAS 30170 filer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ontap- 7.3.5 SP1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows Host (OSSV installed and running fine) Server 2003 R2 SP2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Snapvault relationship is configured and schedule&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NDMP backup configured for TAP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone can help us in that....&lt;img id="mansad" class="emoticon emoticon-mansad" src="https://community.netapp.com/i/smilies/16x16_man-sad.png" alt="Man Sad" title="Man Sad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Backup runs fine after creating manual shadow copies but auto scheduled backups are failing.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever get a response to this issue? Outside the forum perhaps? We are having the same issue now. We see the VSS fail and it is followed by a failure to pull the snapshot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
