clone for test dev

Hi,

For test dev i need a clone of a volume in an other svm is this possible?

Hi,

at the moment is not possibile. The only way is snapmirror the volume to the other SVM and than clone the volume.

SVMs are isolated environment so cannot share volume/snap/clone.

PS. to copy the volume you can also use the NDMPcopy (KB 1013825)
