      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi all ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have one failed disk on my controller and after replace the disk it is showning Broken under the status &amp;nbsp;. any idea what is the best to solve the issue .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
