From my AIX server I have 2 interfaces that are connected to same vlans of netapp. I can ping the 2 VIFs ip from the AIX client. I can run a "showmount -e filer1" to one of the interfaces of netapp but the other just hangs for a while and eventually returns a "port mapper failure" error.
