Hi,

Our FAS3240 8.0.1 7-Mode with a DS 4243 have logged the following errors in our /etc/messages:

monitor.shelf.fault:CRITICAL]: Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0a. Please check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.
monitor.shelf.configError:CRITICAL]: Enclosure services has detected an error in access to shelves or shelf configuration 0a.

Upon also checking one of our aggregate, it shows the following status:

Aggregate aggr_tier1_001 (failed, raid_dp, partial) (block checksums)
Plex /aggr_tier1_001/plex0 (offline, failed, inactive)
RAID group /aggr_tier1_001/plex0/rg3 (partial)

Can anyone help us expedite on this issue or any inputs will be highly appreciated.

We have checked the connection of the hardware and no loose connections.
