ontap select is running on ESXi which cannot connect to iscsi itself

I created 3 ESXi enviroment. One of ESXi 6 had local SSD. I created Ontap select on this local SSD. I created iscsi LUN on this Ontap VM. Other two ESXi server could use iscsi connect to connect this Ontap VM. But esxi could not connect itself.

Thank you for reaching NetApp community, May i know if you have followed Netrowking pre-requisites as per the Ontap Select Installation Guide ? and could you elaborate the issue in more detail ?

May i know the version of ESXi ?
