Flexgroup vs Junction Paths

I am looking to address the various considerations for both Flexgroup and Junction Paths. I am looking to have a CIFS share > 200TB, with reasonable performance for CG rendering and simple file management. FlashPool is configured to the aggregate. Also, I would like to consider this for future as well.

The customer is running ONTAP 8.3.2, on a pair of FA2520.

Hope to get some advice and insights about both before applying either configurations.
