NMC: Changing SV primary volume from a SM primary volume to a SM secondary volume

I'm using Synchronous SnapMirror betwen site A and site B. SnapVault is deployed between site A and site C. Protction Manager is managing the SnapVault relationships.

If I lost site A, what would be the procedure to amend SnapVault so that the source is the broken SnapMirror destination volumes in site B, and could I do this without a baseline transfer? In DR SnapVault would be betwen site B and site C.
