Ontap 9.1 ~Snapshot only visable for domain admins

Hey everyone,

since migrating our cifs shares from 7-Mode to cdot 9.1 the ~snapshot directory is only visable and accessible for domain admins. Access rights to the share are "everyone / full control".

Is this a bug or a feature?

HI Jan, I have seen this before a little while ago now when SMB2 was enabled in my case on a 7-Mode system, however please see https://kb.netapp.com/support/s/article/ka11A0000001W23QAE/the-snapshot-folder-cannot-be-accessed-from-windows-7-and-server-2008-clients
