      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, not exactly sure how you are coping the data, however in xcopy you could&amp;nbsp;output those read-only files (dir /AR) to a txt file(s) and reference&amp;nbsp;those in the &lt;STRONG&gt;/EXCLUDE&lt;/STRONG&gt; parameter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Grant.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
