&lt;P&gt;The problem is that everytime i try do change ownership or whatever the first controller says that the disk doesn't exist and the 2nd says that the disk is owned by the partner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you please print the following commands twice with one minute between each&amp;nbsp;iteration from the node INFCTR01?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sasadmin adapter_state 0b&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sasadmin expander_phy_state&amp;nbsp;0a.00&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;from that output we can see if something is connected to the 0b interface and to the internal shelf interface (what looks from the outside as 0a) and if it&amp;nbsp;logs errors.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And from both nodes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;sysconfig -a 0&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;environment status shelf&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From those output we can verify the cables models (have to be NetApp) and port to port mapping using the cable s/n we see attached to each port.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The output show that nothing is "connected" to the 01 (left controller) 0a and 0b ports&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;to see it - search on your output:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;[2] Vendor: &amp;lt;N/A&amp;gt; (disconnected)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;State for adapter channel 0b: OFFLINE (physical)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;cabling between he shelves looks correct . and from the shelves side it's seems that &lt;STRONG&gt;all&lt;/STRONG&gt; the cables are connected and identify with a NetApp part number. it's seems like the other side (the one leading to the 01 controller is just not plugged)&lt;/P&gt;
