OSSV Access Denied: Secondary is not on primary access list

Hi,

I am trying to start a snapvault from a Centos 7 to netapp filer. But could not initially successful.

source is Centos 7 running OSSV

Secondary is Netapp filer

I tried to ping each other from source and secondary and both success.

name resoving seems working correctly.

on the source Centos 7 machine, the log shows:

Sep 17 16:33:52 source01 SnapVault[1515]: OSSV: /data dest:/vol/sv01/news Access Denied: Secondary 'dest' is not on primary access list
Sep 17 16:34:01 source01 SnapVault[1515]: OSSV: /data dest:/vol/sv01/news Access Denied: Secondary 'dest' is not on primary access list
Sep 17 16:41:00 source01 SnapVault[1515]: OSSV: /data dest:/vol/sv01/news Access Denied: Secondary 'dest' is not on primary access list
Sep 17 16:42:00 source01 SnapVault[1515]: OSSV: /data dest:/vol/sv01/news Access Denied: Secondary 'dest' is not on primary access list

the svpmgr service is running by root, it should have permissions to access everywhere.

Please help me to fix the issue.
