ONTAP select deploy 9.7 Eval - import ova issue

hi All,

we have an POC at customer site for ONTAP select, when we are trying to deploy the ONTAP select deploy using ONTAPSELECT9.7_NODAR.ova , from customer vCenter, we are getting the error :

"transfer file failed, descriptor file not available"

customer using ESX 6.5.

any same experience / advice are welcome.
