NetApp and McAfee VirusScan Enterprise for Storage

Hi Heroes,

One of my customers is considering to use McAfee VSE for Storage AV for their NetApp appliances. and I have found NetApp has some great documents on this, for example:

I have figured out most of the things, but one thing I'm not sure is:

I saw we can configure multiple McAfee VSE for Storage servers to serve scan requests from the filer(NetApp), so, how NetApp determines which VSES server to send scan requests to? I'm referring to the information from TR-3107.PDF page 11 - Multiple AV Servers and Multiple NetApp Storage Devices

I have seen the filer favor the faster Vscan server. Once it reach certain threshold, It will start sending request to other connected vscan servers.
