PM & Backup Job Failed

Dear Community Members,

I have a basic question regarding the case of a job failed for a SnapVault Update.

is-it possible to automaticaly re-run the task (New job or Retry) without New Backup update.

I tested that:

Destination Volume out of Space: The job failed

Destination Volume Space ok --> The previous Job never re-run

If I create a new SnapShot with a new backup-update it's working fine but the previous SnapShot (witch one failed) was not updated to the vault.

You mean the snapshot taken on the primary ? Yes we dont use that snapshot.

Also,yes we dont run failed job, as there is no gurantee that the problem got resolved, and we never know when to retry it.

So its the admin who has to do it, either in the cli as dfpm backup start or in the NMC as Protect Now.
