How to upgrade 32 bit volumes to 64 bit in 7 mode 8.2.3

we are in the process of migrating data from FAS8020 8.2.3 7 MODE to FAS8300 9.7P9

While doing an precheck in 7MTT, we are getting below error.

The following 32-bit volumes cannot be transitioned because 32-bit volumes are not supported in 8.3 or later versions of clustered data ontap.

Aggregates are in 32 Bit in FAS8020

Need some help in resolving this issue and starting the migration.

You will need to upgrade them to be 64bit like @Ontapforrum mentioned.
