      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue, and still it persists even after getting rid of the old images that were in there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to find where the 'system management storage area' is in doco&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow I feel stupid- so went to the command line and tried it thusly: get -url &lt;A href="http://iisserver.corp.com/91_q_image.tgz" target="_blank"&gt;http://iisserver.corp.com/91_q_image.tgz&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got error msg: Error: command failed: Failed to download package from&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; http://.../91_q_image.tgz. Error: Couldn't resolve host name : Couldn't&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; resolve host 'iisserver.corp.com'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried with the IP and of course it worked as expected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is /mroot/etc/software in each of the nodes. On Clustered ontap, this is difficult to access directly, so pulling the image on with HTTP is suggested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the GUI fails, try the command line.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Alex.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But i am looking to GUI based process where i can fixed this rather &amp;nbsp;than going CLI..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So will FTP server will work like -fttp://username@password:XXXXX/DATAONTAP\8_3_2_g.tgz file .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone who has tried and stuck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In case anyone else runs into this issue still.... I had the same issue, wouldn't upload through System Manager or using CLI.&amp;nbsp; Tried multiple Apache servers running on SuSe linux, also tried FTP on Suse.&amp;nbsp; Always timed out.&amp;nbsp; Put the file on an IIS server and had no problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
