Hello,

One of our NetApp's have this error:

Data ONTAP API Failed: Internal error. Cannot retrieve information for LIFs with role "cluster-mgmt" while vifmgr is offline. Wait a few minutes, then try again. If problem persist, contact your administrator. (Erro 13001)

The two nodes within display:

The "a" node as "offline" while the "b" node as a refused connection

The error message occurs when the admin tries to login through the GUI and subsequently blocks the logon process.

SSH-ing to the CLI Management interface works as per normal.

Desperate for any help.

Thank you kindly.

Filipe.

Hmm, something is wrong here. Can you go through the commands here on this KB and see if anything jumps out as incorrect?

https://kb.netapp.com/Advice_and_Troubleshooting/Data_Storage_Software/ONTAP_OS/How_to_perform_a_cluster_health_check_in_ONTAP%3F
