    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a similar message, but slightly different meanings behind them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The single path to disk shelf alert is exactly as described: only a single path to the disk shelf is identified by the controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The disk redundancy message can occur for this as well, but can also stand alone meaning one or more disk(s) are not seen on the partner path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e.g.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;disks 0-23 are seen on path A, however path B only see's disks 2-23.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>DISK REDUNDANCY FAILED ERROR</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday, we being adding disk and adding disk shelf in existing NetApp FAS8200. As our normal, we will disconnect sign path of original SAS cable in last disk shelf and connected SAS cable with new disk shelf in order to confirm the connection between controller and disk shelf. We acknowledge the single path to disk shelf alert will be trigger, but we also received error message with Disk Redundancy failed. May I know is that was a same symptom with&amp;nbsp;single path to disk shelf alert? Many thanks.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
