Autosupport found not working on FAS 2552 .

We tried invoke the autosupport but email is not coming and last autosupport status show on NOV21

Client uses office 365 smtp service, how to solve this

Not supported, as per the KB. RFE is raised in this regard. Following kb has more info.

Does AutoSupport support Office365 as a smtp server ?
