Un healthy volumes after upgrade ontap

Actually we were not aware the client had a DR storage before upgrade. After upgrade only we noticed this. Currently we don’t access to DR site, but will update details soon.

PRD storage would be having the latest version of ontap 9.3P21
Noticed the below error after PRD upgrade

DR storage would be having the version of ontap 9.1P9 this we missed to upgrade .

What be the impact of this we have some volume has this status now .. What should we do next, what would be impact
