am getting below error while downloading the DQP and FW usning FTP and https in my 2 node MC am able to download on one node but getting error on the other node

Failed to download package from qual_devices.zip. Reason: Timeout was reached : Connection timed out after 60001 milliseconds.

Error: command failed: Download failed. Reason: Failed to download package from qual_devices.zip. Reason: Timeout was reached : Connection timed out after 60001
milliseconds.

hi @Amith ,

that timeout occurs when the storage did not receive any data back from FTP or HTTP server, would suggest to check network routing and possible firewalls in between storage and server.

Connection timed out will usually leads to a network related issue.

You can start by a ping from your node to the server and vice versa.
