DS4246 NAJ 0801 factory reset without password

I recently picked up a secondhand Nattap DS4246 NAJ 0801 from an estate sale. Bought it as is. Is there a way to reset it to factory default without a password as the seller did not have this information? There were no disks in the unit. Just as a note, I have very limited nettapp experience - hence the purchase to learn.

A DS4246 is just a disk shelf. there's no password.

Can you post a picture of the back to confirm it is just a disk shelf?

I b believe it might be a disk shelf. If that is the case, how would I connect it to my server? Either a Dell Poweredge T410 or a Huawei H52m-03.

First you need supported NetApp-controllers to attach the shelf to and ofcourse you need supported disks. Just a empty shelf has no option to direct connect to a server.
