Ontap select upgrade path from 9.3 to 9.8

Hi,

IHAC who has many Ontap Select mononode clusters in 9.3.x version
We need to upgrade them to Ontap Select 9.8Px.
As we cannot run Update Advisor I don't know which updates steps I need to do .
I don't find this kind of information in releases notes.
Do I have to:

- upgrade from Ontap Select 9.3 to OS 9.5 , then change the vm network adapters type from e1000 to vmxnet3

-upgrade from OS9.5 to OS9.7

-upgrade from OS9.7 to OS 9.8

As he uses Ontap Select Deploy 9.5, I then have to upgrade it to a more recent OSDeploy to.
