ontap system manager need to access internet ?

hello,

Does ontapp system manager mandatory needs access to internet in order to run or could ontap manager could run and be operational without accessing internet even with some features restriction ? (like update for example)

Use in secure sites (aka air gapped) all the time. Not an issue
