Storage array replication problem

Dear All

We have installed SRM 8.5 appliance in vmware infrastructure where the storage is fas ontap 9.7P20

After installing SRM we have configured the site painting and everything works in good way.

The problem is : we have uploaded the SRa package to the SRM and when we try to rescan adapter nothing appear and SRA error warning is continously appearing.

Please advise

"No storage adapters installed" when SRA password uses special character.
