It is a free tool and it can centrally report events/errors for all your NetApp filers.&nbsp;You could check the event severity filter type in system manager (screenshot attached).</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Anyway, I guess as the "ASUP" was triggered, NetApp would have arranged a part replacement by now.
