You would need to create a CIFS share of the SnapVault qtree which would provide read-only access to the snapvault data but it wouldn't appear under the previous versions of the primary volume.

Just a quick question to you all

I have a Vfiler acting as a company file share users are able to do their own restores using previous version in windows but this only gives them access to the snapshots on the primary volume. Is it possible to give them access through previous versions to the snapshots on the snapvault volume so they can self serve their restores or am I always going to have to get back data from vault myself ?
