    <description>&lt;P&gt;As long as the universal times are close, you should be fine regardless of timezone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;you can check your Netapp from the command line: date -u&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;that should give you time in UTC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Timezones are for humans. UTC is for machines.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Time Zone Change ONTAP 9</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our AFF points to 2 NTP servers in the US Central time zone. The time zone setting for the AFF is also in US/Central. We're sending syslog to a cloud service and it's preferred to have it in UTC so we're being asked to change the time zone on the AFF. Should I have any concerns about doing this? I know cron jobs go off the system time so I can adjust for that. I assume changing the time zone will just change the displayed system time but kerberos should remain in sync due to the NTP servers. Can anyone confirm?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
