ONTAP downgrade from 9.11.1P3 to 9.9.1P10

Hello Team,

There is FAS2750 Storage System with ONTAP v9.11.1P3. Need to downgrade to 9.9.1P10.

Revert path is:

1) To downgrade to ONTAP v 9.10.1P12;

2) Downgrade to ONTAP v 9.9.1P10.

Storage is not in production, there is no cluster between nodes, no licenses added.

So I want to donwgrade via CLI. Is it possible to do this on each node separately, before cluster setup?

Or there are some special steps?
