reboot loop while booting ontap system

Hello!
I'm having trouble with booting the system on the netapp FAS8040 node.
I run the boot_ontap command in the boot loader and then the system reboots endlessly

I don't have a lot of experience with ontap so it's driving me crazy.

I am grateful for any help.

Your system has no Netapp storage attached to it. The message clearly indicates 0 disks attached

Thanks. The first node recognize all the disks and they're connected as a cluster(2 nodes with single disk shelf)
