topic mediator-scst service can't start in ONTAP Discussions

mediator-scst service can't start

I install a virtual machine with RHEL 8.5,

I download mediator vsersion 1.6 file,

first I extract the file to directory

then I install the mediator

finally it complete installation

then I verify the service

the ontap_mediator service is active

but the mediator-scst service can't start

I try to enable and start the service,but I appear error

Anyone can help me?

Anyone have the same experience ?

I don't know if this kb is still relevant, but take a look. There is a bug reported but there is no information in the public domain.

There are few more kbs on this topic, most suggests - uninstall & re-install mediator.

I find a message in install_***.log

Where I can find the ontap-mediator-*el7* file ?
