    <title>topic When I attempt to update OnTap, only 1 node shows. in ONTAP Discussions</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;FAS8300 running 9.12.1p10.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking at the Dashboard in System Manager, both nodes show up and are named correctly.&amp;nbsp; If I hover over them, both serial numbers show up and are correct.&amp;nbsp; The cluster is healthy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to Cluster =&amp;gt; Overview, both nodes show up and their names and serials are correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to Cluster =&amp;gt; More =&amp;gt; ONTAP Update, only one node shows up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can hit the drop down arrow and it displays the usual stuff about the previous update being successful and how long it took.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using the CLI I can run a "vserver show" command and both nodes show up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything that I can find says that the nodes and cluster are/is "healthy".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know why only one node shows up in the when I try to do an OnTap upgrade?&amp;nbsp; I poked around the NetApp bugs page but didn't find one that addresses this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ha!&amp;nbsp; Sometimes the basics can trip us up!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yeah, I was using Firefox, but when I tried Chrome or Edge, the display showed as it was supposed to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks TMACMD&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
