Hello,

I have a FAS2050 running version 7.3.1.1. I recently turned on SIS for two of our volumes which both hard around 15-20% of disk space free. Both volumes did not have any snapshot schedules and had never run a snapshot. However when I went start SIS on each of the volumes it returned with an error that it could not start as the snapshot had failed due to low disk space. When i then looked at the diskspace there was 0B left and it was a 100% full. I then turned off SIS through command line (however it is still shown under status in the manage volumes page on FilerView) the space is not reclaimed back and also when i grow the volume the space is taken up straight away and is show as 100% full. How can i reverse what has happened and reclaim the space which seems to be taken by a snapshot which doesn't exist when I go to manage snapshots for the volume. Thank you

Regards,

Kiran
