Community

We had a glitch in the cluster network which took two S3 buckets offline for a minute. After that, we started to see some "Nblade.NfsRaidError" and "wafl.raid.incons.userdata" in the event logs. Our environment uses NFSv3 (no SAN). I have seen the KBs about "How to clear Inconsistent User Data Block errors", however I am mostly looking to assess the impact and corrective measures.

Note: About the Nblade.NfsRaidError, I have more than 200 + lines of logs

--------------- Errors --------------------

7/19/2024 20:25:23 sng-na-vpod-c800-01
DEBUG Nblade.NfsRaidError: A RAID error has been encountered while processing this NFS request on the volume with MSID 2147484755 and Vserver 8.

7/19/2024 20:25:23 sng-na-vpod-c800-01 ERROR wafl.raid.incons.userdata: WAFL inconsistent: inconsistent user data block at VBN 281474976710642 (vvbn:281474976710642 fbn:17167088 level:0) in public inode (fileid:68095 snapid:0 file_type:1 disk_flags:0x8002 error:121 raid_set:1) in volume volume_prod@vserver:123478563412.
