So without an HTTP/FTP server normally you would use System Manager at an appropriate level so could upload the files from your local machine through System Manager's interface.

Except you say you don't want to use System Manager - doesn't leave you in a good state.

So - why no SystemManager? If you can log onto the command line interface you should be able to get access to SystemManager also, assuming you have full admin rights which SM requires.

Our AFF C250 requires BMC firmware update. Is there a method we can copy/upload the software package and firmware, such as; ONTAP images, SP firmware, Disk firmware, etc..., on the system without HTTP/FTP server or System Manager? Thanks in advance.

First: always reboot the sp/bmc before attempting any update. Thank me later.

Use the GUI.
open cluster on the left, overview.
in the upper right hit the …

select ONTAP update

select the tab for firmware

click the blue box and upload from local client

select the bmc/ONTAP gzip file (not the other one!)

wait up to an hour and it should start

And to be clear - yes there is a way to do it assuming you have full admin rights. However it is highly unsupported, dangerous if messed up, and not something I will post on a public forum as it bypasses a ton of ONTAP security standards.
