SAS-connect and SAS-connect_Cluster are two different subsystems
Please check if there are any alerts present in the cluster with "system health alert show" which is under SAS-connect_Cluster. Verify the components mentioned in the alert are working fine. If yes, delete the alert and it would most likely change the degraded state into "ok".
If any help needed, please open a support case.

Hello.
After upgrading ontap version of a FAS2554 storage from 9.1 to 9.3, I found that the status of SAS-connect_cluster was degraded and the status of SAS-connect was ok by using "system health alert show". However, I do not find any exception after checking the SAS link. What is the cause of this problem?
