Does Ontap9.11.1P17 solve bug 1465726?

It's unclear to us if the BUG 1465726 is solved in update 9.11.1P17. The article of the bug was not updates since Dec 2023 so it's unclear if the BUG was fixed.
Does somebody know this?

The official website did not find that upgrading to version 9.11.1P17 can solve this bug issue. The fixed version for the bug is 9.12.1P15. It is recommended to upgrade ONTAP to version 9.12.1P15 or other ONTAP higher versions to solve this bug.
