How to create performance event without Active IQ Unified Manager?

If I want to create a event notification,

just like iops more than a threshold of a LUN,

Use only ONTAP CLI or System Manager,

and can't use Active IQ Unified Manager,

How can I do?

About creating event notification you can select the event notification target to send to the target address through EMS, I hope it can help you
