You do not need to allocate more space for snapshots. When the snapshot space is used up, old snapshots will be automatically deleted. You can also manually delete the snapshots without affecting the volume size

Hi All,

I am new to this platform, One of my snapshot size is kept on increasing and now it has consumed all the snap reserve space by taking spill. I wonder if this can cause any damage to snapshot or should I need to allocate more space to snapshot reserve. If is it so how to do that? Will it effect my volume?

Hi @Narry

You don't need to worry about snapshot reserve. It won't impact volume, but if snap reserve is full then snapshot will start consuming data reserve from the volume. In this case you have to be careful.
