but still not seeing 9.16 data in below comparision tool

Incorrect. ONTAP 9.16.1 is still in Release Candidate stage - https://mysupport.netapp.com/site/products/all/details/ontap9/downloads-tab

I acknowledge the linked page is confusing and I will put in a request to update it
