OnTap Select 9.16.1RC1 OnBoard Key Manager not active

I've deployed a new instance of OnTap Select version 9.16.1RC1. When I try to configure the Onboard Key Manager I get the following error, "Operation failed because TPM is not active. Contact technical support for assistance.". I'm not seeing this error if I deploy 9.14.1 or 9.15.1. Did hardware requirements change in 9.16.1 for OnTap Select?

Do you still have this issue with 9.16.1 GA version?

Looks like it's fixed in 9.16.1 GA
