    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; From SMAS FAQ statement,&amp;nbsp; support for AIX still has some limit as below :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;"&lt;SPAN&gt;AIX environment are disruptive, and a re-scan on the host is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;necessary for I/O operations to resume following a failover. "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Want to know if any solution without disruption , or automatic way to invoid mannual re-scan on host&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jackie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried Native MPIO with DPM ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enabling dynamic tracking + Fast Fail + Tuning timeout policies might minimize and fix the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
