We are trying to install NetApp PowerShell Toolkit 9.16.1.2501 to our management server and getting below error:
Import-Module : Could not load file or assembly
'file:///C:\Users\pni0pfo\Documents\NetApp.Ontap\NetApp.Ontap\netapp_ontap\netapp_ontap\NetApp.ONTAP\OntapiPS.dll' or
one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)

have you unblocked the file ?

1- rightclick on ONTAPIPS.dll -> properties->general tab-> unblock check-box.

select unblock and apply OK

also, check PS execution policy

Get-ExecutionPolicy

Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
