The file URL scheme can be used to specify the location of the package to be fetched from an external device connected to the storage controller. Currently, only USB mass storage devices are supported. The USB device is specified as &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;EM&gt;file://usb0/&amp;lt;filename&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; . The package must be present in the root directory of the USB mass storage device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are currently working on configuring file transfer services on our NetApp ONTAP 9.16.1 environment and would like to request support in enabling FTP or SFTP access on a specific SVM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp;upgrading disk firmware or disk shelf firmware (IOM) on a NetApp ONTAP system (9.16.1) using an FTP server,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;-download the system configuration backup from your NetApp ONTAP 9.16.1 system via FTP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if i can do the point up without FTP could share the steps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Download the software on tour laptop. Run system Manager UI on your laptop and Upload the firmware to the cluster from your laptop/PC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In System manager&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the left panel Cluster-&amp;gt;Overview then right top corner 3 dots (:) click it and select Ontap Upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
